Shipping policy

Our standard shipping cost is £5.99.

We will send an email when your order has been despatched. The service normally takes 2-3 working days, once your order has been despatched. Delivery to some areas may take longer.

We are unable to hold every product size/colour variation on site due to the massive amount of product variations in teamwear. Due to this, when you place an order on our website, we may need to purchase your items direct from the appropriate supplier.

Please note that although some items are available for immediate despatch (excludes personalised products) some may take slightly longer but please be assured that once we receive these items, they will be shipped out to you by our dispatch team for next working day delivery.

Deliveries are carried out by DPD or Royal Mail and are at a fixed rate whatever the size of your order. Please note that Royal Mail will only be available at the checkout if the parcel is under a certain weight.

All lead times shown are subject to stock availability and take effect once full payment/payment details have been received. You will be informed promptly should any stock issue arise.

SJ Teamwear is a supplier of team wear and related products. We sell in bulk to sports clubs, schools, universities and businesses, and therefore are unable to subsidise our delivery charges due to the large discounts applied to the products we sell.
